BOBBIESOCKS-46 I hope you don't mind a friendly reminder to: Remember to come back every week and update your weight on the "Lose 25 Pounds in 25 Weeks, TEAM Challenge". I saw that you ordered the workbook. I don't have it but I am in the intensive course now. I actually lost 50 lbs. on my own unwittingly using a lot of the techniques in the book, but I want to really fine tune my eating now- it has evolved over the years- and apply the principles to other pursuits. This is really a wonderful program, but it does take some doing to find your best food plan match for your life right now and then using the strategies to neutralize pig squeal. Please feel free to reach out to me. I love this stuff and am planning on becoming a coach. 172 days ago
