Hello Everyone
I am looking for friends and a support circle. I am a Single Mama. My little boy is 5years old living with autism. So that means I am looking for people to be friend with those things in common. Hopefully We can have a great friendship and help each other out. I am Morbidly obese I have to get this together. I suffer from self esteem isssues I am trying to deal with Im trying to come out of this shell and spread my wings...

Not eating to compress feelings or when I am stressed

 Food portions
Eat lots of fruit and veggies

    Hi there. I love your page. Your little guy is so cute. I have a six year old grandson but he lives 6 hours away so I don't see him too often. When I was younger I had self-esteem issues but I found when I had children (two daughters) that I needed to stand up for them and be a good person and a good Mom. As they grew and learned I "grew" and learned too. You are probably the most important person in your little guy's life and he sees you as quite wonderful. And you know what, you really are quite wonderful if you only knew it. Every little bit of progress that you make on Spark People helps you to see yourself in a better light. Just keep tracking and making good choices and you will soon feel so much better. Do you know that when we act confident and in control it really does send a message to our inner self that we really are that confident, self actualizing person. I used to do that at work and it really did help me. I'm rooting for you and looking forward to being on the new Team for asthma which I did not know I had until I was 63. emoticon emoticon emoticon It's so worth it!!!!
