Heya!! Let's so do this together! I'm excited haha. I don't have a set date, I tried that before but it didn't work. I'm just taking one day at a time now.
Exercise-wise, I'm doing two walks a week, three or four cycles and one swim! I hope. That's what I aim to do anyway. And strength training. I was wondering should I invest in a dvd like you have, is it really helping?
