My Goals:
Minimize emotional eating and especially bingeing. Feel good about myself no matter what my weight. But recognize that i do feel better at a lower weight. Goal weight: 175.
My Program:
Track calories. Fit in fitness wherever possible. Use Spark People videos. Go to the gym 3x/week. Do NOT "treat" myself with food -find some other way to treat myself!
Personal Information:
I'm a public librarian at a small community branch. I do story times twice a week. My son and my husband are the loves of my life.
Other Information:
I am a voracious reader and I love music and love to dance. I have a blog about books at http://bigreadinglife.wordpress.com.

Thanks for visiting my blog. If sugar is your weakness, as is mine, check out the Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge. It helped me recognize where it's hiding in foods. I'm not craving it as much now.
