    Only carbs I eat are whole and clean.
    Oats
    Brown Rice
    Sweet Potato
    Ezekiel Bread (4:9)
    beans
    Fruits (berries, apples)


    Meats:
    Lean chicken, beef
    I don't like fish! :) Sometimes I'll eat salmon

    Fats:
    Olive oil
    Avocado
    Almonds

    Veggies:
    ALL!

    Tracking food is KEY!
