As of January 30, 2020- here i go again. Starting over again. Have to get with a program and stick to it and quit getting talked into things that derail my efforts. My name is Lucretia and I live 1/2 way between Erie, Pa and Pittsburgh, PA. I have been dieting my entire life and have decided enough is enough. My highest weight was 315. Currently 310.8. Keep losing and gaining same 10 pounds. I will lose this weight and I will make a lifestyle change so that diet is not in my vocabulary any more! I would like to be around 150-190 give or take I have a large muscular frame and I'm not sure what my weight should be. I a soon to be 56 year old widow. I am an emotional eater, especially when bored and stressed and drepressed. I also have had 3 major back surgeries the last one being in 1996 and i am currently having sciatic type pain and am in therapy but nothing is working. I was diagnoses in 2001 with PCOS, so this is also creates difficulty with me losng weight. I don't see myself at being fat until I look in the mirror, I feel like a thinner person than I really am, until I look in the mirror, try to get dress or but new cloths and then all i do s get depressed. I am getting refocused again. Looking forward to be much healthier. The emotional stress has been terrible - just want to eat and sleep. Just feel terrible.
