    Its okay Tanja. I used to lose weight and then gain some back and actually battled the same 7 pounds for months! hang in there, if you put in the effort you will get there! it took me 13 months to lose all the weight I had gained while I was pregnant.

    Some tips on how to juggle this while still having fun, are to count calories. It is tedious and annoying, but trust me, it really pays off! another thing is, if you know you are going out drinking that night, take it into consideration. eat healthier lower calorie foods and snacks during the day, since alcohol is just empty calories. limit yourself to no more than 3 drinks one night a week.

    as for finding time to exercise, you kind of just have to make time. even walking some place a block or two away is still better than nothing.
