Hello my name is Rhonda and I am a big fitness nut (when Im motivated). I luv learning all things about health. I am currently trying to lose the last 15 of 25lbs. I've never been leaner then 134 but my goal is to see 129 once in my life but maintain a healthy weight around 135. I was able to do this two years ago but starting to work for the first time and nights at that plus extra stresses caused me to gain most of the weight back that I lost. I know what it takes for me to lose weight....a lot of cardio/weight training. However as Im pushing 30 (three years) Im starting to realize I need to focus more on my eating now then ever before. Which is great becasue I love to learn about food and what fuels my body. It has taken me a little bit longer to lose weight this time since Im starting a few lbs less then before its coming off slower.
I started to really focus on losing weight again this August at 153-154. I wasnt really strict with my diet at first and my workouts were sporatic. I got down to 150 by October. Started running up to 6miles a day and lifting every couple of days and was able to get down to 147 by the end of Oct. November 2nd I started Chalean extreme because I thought I needed a structured program to go by and I have heard and seen great results from it. It is now December 26th and I weigh 143-142 on a great day all thanks to Chalean. I am not done with the program as I have 6 more wks plus and Lean for Life month that I will do before I start the program over again.
As for goals like I stated before I really would like to see 129 in my lifetime. My body type is different from some who are around my height 5'5. I have a lot of muscle so for me to be in the twenties I will be really slim (to me). To give you an idea at my current weight (143) I am a size 4. When I am in the low 30's I am a size 2. So being in the 20's would be pushing my body to a new level I dont know if capable. I want to maintain and go into my 30's at a healthy weight of 130-135ish. So thats why Im here and am willing to show my results the whole way.....
