My Goals:
Burn belly fat burn!



I also want to be able to maintain my weight for the rest of my life so this has got to be easy!


My Program:
**UPDATED Dec 6**

CARDIO
- ST days 30 mins minimum.
- HIIT 2x a week min for 20 minute
- Steady pace 60 mins 2x a week min. (THR 155)

STRENGTH TRAINING
-Circutis for 25-30 3 x a week using BOSU, Free weights and Compound Full Body movements.
- on HIIT days do supplemental abs and back.

CARDIO
on ST days 40 mins minimum. On days where I don't ST I do 60 minute sessions (30 mins interval if I feel up to it and 30 mins at a moderate HR).

STRENGTH TRAINING
Circutis for 25-30 3 to 4x week using Barbells, and Compound Full Body movements. Machines need not apply.

Buckle down on calorie counting and water. Try to eat more of a variety and calorie and nutrient cycle.

Eat unprocessed food.
Limit eating out.
No Alcohol
No Sugar (except fruit)
No red meat, dairy or chicken. (I'm an eggs / fish person but no other animal products).

No more diet soda!

- One day I hope to have my own dog. Right now it's impossible with my work / living situation but soon.

    I totally understand the kind of stress you're under. Don't worry, you'll get through it. Just be prepared to pick up or enhance some weird quirks along the way... When I was going to school and working and wavering over a giant hole of debt (like 8 months ago) I started doing this weird neighing/purring sound to loosen tension in my stomach (not constantly, just when I feel extremely tense). My bf says it sounds like a motorboat, and I never notice I'm doing it til it's over. Lol, great job to you for releasing so much tension physically instead of audibly ;-) I'm sure you'll start reaping all the benefits of your hard work soon.

    Hey, I don't know you but I was perusing the 10 lbs and under team and saw one of your posts - you look AWESOME! Congrats on the weight loss! We are the same height, but I am stuck in the 120-124 range and have had not much luck getting back to my low weight of 115 two years ago.. but if you can do it, I can do it! And it's rad that you're in a band. Keep it up!

    I love hearing about your intense workouts, they motivate me to work harder in mine. Now, if only I could train my brain to count apples and peanut butter as splurges, I'd be set emoticon
