    Well, i set a goal of 45lbs for myself but honestly, i'd like to lose closer to 60-70 is the long run. I figure with at least 45lbs down, I'll feel better about myself and then I can go for the reminder of the weight loss. I've just starting exercising again this week which has been helpful in terms of making me feel better. My eating still needs to be tweeked a little bit. It's not that i eat junk food, i just eat A LOT of the healthy food. I haven't been able to find that balance for a healthy lifestyle but I suppose that's why I'm here :-)
