Stretch Daily
Strength Training - alternate between upper & lower body
Core - 3 x's weekly
Cardio - 3 x's weekly
Healthy choices & portion control.

Hey we soke a while ago about us both liking soda. How are you going without it? I am having trouble giving it up again but I know I need to as it makes me eat s much more and crave etc hope all is going well with you xx
