Lisa is Trying Again


Hi, my name is Lisa. I am trying to learn to eat healhier and lose weight. However, my main goal is to incorporate more "good for you foods" and exercise into my daily routine. I have back problems and other medical conditions. I would like to do everything I can to change my bad living habits. I quit smoking in August of 2010! Yay!

Update Sep 12,2011: Okay, so I went totally off track for the summer and added another 7lbs to what I need to lose. Thank you so much candy, cake, and ...

My Goals:
Control my urge to eat until I feel full.

Lose 1 to 2 lbs per week.

Be active not passive.

My Program:
 Tracking my food intake, water intake and exercise.

Replace sweets with fruits or veggie snacks

Control portions.

Exercise!




Personal Information:
I currently live in Titus, AL. We live on the lake and I take my pontoon boat and my poopies (my chihuahua's) out on the lake every chance I get! :-)
