Okay.. about me.. I've been an ON and OFF sparker for a few years. I commit and do great.. the disappear.. So here I am again :)

I started my commitment before my wedding at 139 lbs. I bought my dress at 134.. and was 125 on my wedding day. Since then.. i am back up to 132. I'm not going to be one of those people who gets married and says goodbye to her figure.... so I'm putting a stop to this now!

Here's my Goals:
start 139
Sept 1st: 130 -- MADE GOAL AUG 27th!!!
Oct 1st: 127 - *UPDATTE: Didnt make.. still sitting pretty at 130
Oct 17th - 127 lbs.
Nov 18th - still 127 lbs - POSTED NEW PHOTOS!!!!
UPDATE: DEC 2nd.. 129.5 lbs - OH NO!! Turkey day was not good to me...getting back on track though!!!
Dec 18th - Goal 125 lbs - slight delay over xmas :(
UPDATE: JAN 13th - 125lbs!!!!
Feb - march - Told not to loose anymore b/c I'd have to alter my dress..again.. I decided to save my money and eat my cake.

May 2009 - 132.2 - apparently I never stopped eating my cake! Back on the wagon.

Fitness Minutes: 1,837

My Goals:
1. To lose the extra 10-15 lbs I have over my muscle.

2. To not have a small "roll" over my jeans when I sit.

3. To shrink my boobs from a C to a B (this will naturally occur as I lose weight- hopefully!!)

My Program:
I have been out of practice for a bit. I want to get back in to working out on a regular basis. this includes running, biking, weights.. anything to get me going.

The key for me is to be consistent and start my commitment to myself now.
