Had a great time on our weekend trip to Yellowstone. Did I eat too much? Yes! Did I make better choices? YES! I also got a lot of exercise in. The biggest thing i realized is that while raising kids for the last 29 years I lost track of the things I love to do. Macro photography has always fascinated me yet it has been years since I have done any. It's finally time to take care of me.

    Hello. Congratulations on your outdoor adventure with ziplining! What a thrill....what spectacular views, I can only imagine and enjoy from your photos you posted. It's terrifying at first, isn't it? LOL, I learned just how strong my core was after that experience....NOT!

    I just got notification that you joined the spark Team that I created today called ~Measuring Our Success~ so I wanted to stop by and say hello...

    oh my goodness, just reading your intro on your Spark Page here, and it's like reading my own story as far as quitting smoking and gaining weight.
    We are almost the same age, I have two older sons, and in 2015 I was doing GREAT with my diet and exercise plans..and lost 50 pounds over 8 months.....and then, thinking I had a handle on my weightloss plans...I decided to finally quit smoking.

    I did manage to quit smoking after some 30 years of smoking 2 packs a day, BUT..I ended up gaining back ALL of the weight I had worked so hard to lose...
    It has taken me over a year to muster up the motivation to try again...which I finally did on July 1st, 2017..

    Yesterday I decided to create the Spark Team..and I am thrilled that you found it and joined.
    I am so looking forward to chatting with you...please make yourself feel at home on the team, your welcome to introduce yourself, and stop by the 'gossip' thread if you would like to chat..anytime!!
