My Goals:
Get to a healthy weight (in my case 150 plus or minus 5 lbs).

To be healthier on my 50th birthday (745 days from today) than I am now.

My Program:
 Stage 2: Trying to live those "Healthy Diet Habits"


Personal Information:
I am a Mom of two teenage kids who are a blessing to me! They make me want to be the best person I can be--healthy, fit and balanced! Working on achieving that one day at a time!

    Do watch the YOUTUBE series "THE SKINNY ON OBESITY" with Robert Lustig M.D. whose book "FAT CHANCE" comes out in December. It is so helpful.


    I'm reading Richard Johnson M.D.'s book "THE SUGAR FIX" and have learned so much about Metabolic Syndrome/Insulin Resistance. He has a wonderful lecture on Youtube.
