I am a work in progress...which means I am human, LOL! I am again picking up the pieces after some harsh times.

This time, my daughter who is living with severe disability, will be working with me. She doesn't want me to put myself second anymore to help her out.

I think we will be a winning team, both getting healthier and using the buddy system!

My Goals:
SMART Goals:

1. I will choose a cardio workout for myself 4 days each week of at least 10 minutes per session, strength training exercises 3 days each week of at least 10 minutes per session, and some type of stretching exercise every day.

2. I will turn off my computer by 10pm every week night to ensure I get to sleep on time.

3. I will experiment using alternative ingredients that are healthier when fixing my old recipes.

My Program:
I've started by letting others know that I am setting some boundaries around my availability to help them. I know a lot about healthful eating and exercise and now I am going to work this program by taking care of my emotional and physical needs.

    Hi I am a bit tired this evening thanks, sorry to read that you couldn't get your swimming in. Do you have a plan B ? Because when plan A fails then you could fall on plan B for working out. I always have a plan B and C. My plan A is to do longer workouts in the afternoon, but if that fails plan B falls in with a shorter and maybe getting one extra at night, and if plan B fails then plan C comes into play and then I do a workout in the evening. It works great. Today I did Chalean Extreme Yoga 40 minutes it was AWESOME!! Hope your night gets better. emoticon

    AWESOME workout! My workouts P90X and Turbo Fire HIIT were AWESOME the only down side was I slightly pulled a neck muscle trying to do chin ups. emoticon But my day was fantastic! I really do LOVE Turbo Fire its the best! The music is awesome the blast are sweat but tuff it was great! Have a great night. emoticon

I am going to do what I needed to do yesterday have a lazy day, I will do a workout, wash 2 loads of cloths for my daughter, fold some cloths but other then that relax! emoticon I hope.
