This is something my husband has been saying lately when he's feeling silly, and it really fits in different ways. I don't know where he got it, but I'm going to interpret it here for my page as a reminder to get up and move to lose weight. I'm 34, almost 35 and have an almost 4-year-old boy. I'm less than 20 pounds down from the weight I was when I had my son, so right now I'm far bigger than I ever thought I could ever get, even during pregnancy. It used to be easy to get motivated and lose 20 pounds in a good stretch, but the beginning seems harder this time, maybe because I have so much more to lose now. I'm here to try to stick with it this time so I have enough energy to be a fun parent and set a good example, and hopefully, get pregnant once I get better at managing myself and lose a few pounds!

My Goals:
My two biggest goals are to
1) stop eating sugar!!! Or at least cut it way down and Now that I'm exercising regularly, and like a madwoman I have to admit, I have to change my 2nd goal
2) Be patient with the weight loss, don't get frustrated if I hit a plateau--to reach out when I'm feeling the weakest.

My Program:
I am eating far less calories now that I started up here, and definitely drinking more water. It also keeps me motivated to work out, though that's one thing I love doing. Just seems hard sometimes when my husband is away for work 3 wks at a time so it's hard to get my son to cooperate with my agenda.

Personal Information:
I live in Washington State, but I was born and raised in New Mexico. I'm a SAHM now and would like to go back to school, but right now I'm focusing all my energy on getting myself healthy and taking care of my son.
