Nutrition goal: 90% of meals from home instead of fast food
Fitness goal: 30 minutes of exersize every day
Weight-loss goal: 1 pound loss a week.
Re-assess in 1 month
Ultimate Goal
Control my Diabetes w/o meds
My Program:
1800 calorie diet
3 300-400 cal meals/d w/
3 100-200 cal snacks
walking with Fitbit
Doing a Spark fitness

I am married with two children. I'm an RN. I work 2 jobs and am taking online classes.
My milestones:
Under 220:
217 (20 lb loss)
210
200 (not been there since 1999)
187 (50 lb loss)
175 (no longer obese)
150 (no longer overwt)
145 (GOAL)
137- would be 100 pounds loss. I will decide when I get to 145 if I am happy there.
Other Information:
I l ove reading scifi/fantasy/historical romance and surfing on the web and playing with my kids.
I also like backyard chickens

Oh definitely, but she loves doing it and does a fantastic job of it. I'm so proud of her, being a Vet tech and taking such great care of each of her ponies/horses/cats/dog. She's done so well.
