My name is Sherise, and I'm happily married to an amazing husband and father. We have 4 boys, a 12 year old, 11 year old, and twin 8 year olds. I work full time and between my family and work, I let myself go! After barely squeezing into the auditorium seats at my boys Christmas programs, I made the decision to get healthy. My name is Sherise, and I'm happily married to an amazing husband and father. We have 4 boys, a 12 year old, 11 year old, and twin 8 year olds. I work full time and between my family and work, I let myself go! After barely squeezing into the auditorium seats at my boys Christmas programs, I made the decision to get healthy. I started out at 305lbs, and last weighed myself at 290. It's a struggle to eat healthy in my busy life and I really hate exercising but am finding a way! My goal is to get around 150. I don't want to grace the swim suit edition but want to be healthy.

My Goals:
My goal is to make eating healthy and exercising regularly is no longer a "want to do" but a "always do". I want to lose 130 lb. slow and steady, and make sure it stays off!
My Program:
Currently I am focusing on getting my daily nutrition inline with the guidelines. Lowering salt and carbs and raising vitamins and protein. I am also exercising at least 5 days a week. This includes a mix of Pilates, Aerobics, and weight lifting.
