Introduction Text My Intentions are Joy and Mastery. My Power is Here and Now. I am free in this moment to make a choice that will result in my being healthier and more joyfully alive. EVERY DAY I INTEND TO - * Appreciate life and all the beauty * Exercise my wonderful body * Eat healthy yummy food * Think good thoughts * Live in joy * Imagine my best life and envision myself living there.

Affirmations - I enjoy the process of creating a life filled with love, joy, harmony, peace, wisdom, power, vitality and beauty at all times even when the process is uncomfortable for me. . I release what no longer serves me with ease and grace. I lovingly embrace and allow these changes. I say YES to My Best Life!

I am setting aside time each day for spiritual growth. I am eating nutritionally dense, life giving food. I am exercising and strengthening my body daily. I am visualizing myself healthy and at my very best in every way. I am learning and implementing better ways of living every day.

I have two cats who are brother and sister, Mr. Tom Tom Tilver and Miss Treasure. They bring so much joy into my life.
