Added you as a friend, saw your post about struggling and know how that feels. I was over 300lbs when I started lost loads, then gained most back and at a very unhealthy weight again now. 530 days ago

Stopping by to wish you a good week. Also, if you would like to try something different with a little challenge...I have one for you to consider. It's a small private team that competes with others within the larger X-Weighted team. Doing various challenges. Runs for 8 weeks. Main requirement is to post weight weekly...other activities, all though very beneficial, are optional. Drop me a note stating your interest.
If you have any questions, please let me know. Thanks.

If you continue to struggle, change your approach, start with shorter walks but be more consistent each day until it becomes a habit, then increase the distance and walk that distance each day until that becomes a habit. On food choices, gradually wean yourself from unhealthy choices. Most of all give yourself credit for each slight improvement and cherish your self. Do things that validate your sense of self worth such as listing and nurturing your strengths. Bless you Mr. Owl 1040 days ago
