    Hi. Be gentle with yourself and know that your body is just adjusting to the new way you are treating it. I learned by watching the show that you can do everything just right and gain one week. But if you don't give up and go back to your old eating habits you will see a loss in a week or so. Eleven pounds is a lot to lose in 2 weeks and I am sure your body is still getting used to that!!     You should try using the food tracker. It would probably help you out better than using the food guide. That way you can watch your calories too.
