Introduction Text I am excited about this program and all the encouragement you get here. I live in Minnesota and am 50. My kids are grown and out of the house now and I have been married 30 years. I am tired of looking like this and want a big change. I am a Christian and am grateful for everything I have, I enjoy helping others and find that Spark helps with my depression in which I am disabled from and have to work on frequently. I am very shy but once I get to know someone, I'm fine. I also love animals and nature and like to travel.

.I just want to start out slow by changing a few things at a time like my diet at first. Then to start by adding some more biking and drinking the water.

. I am a native Minnesotan. I live in the country in the middle of the woods, I live in Greenfield and we chop our own wood for heat,we built our own house and I have 2 boys age 22,and 26 and a cat. I am not a treehugger but believe in taking care of our environment.
