Step by step, your mind and body are moving you toward your healthy weight goal. Notice and enjoy changes!

    What are you noticing about eating differently? You might ask yourself:
    Does eating less feel good?
    What physical and emotional changes are you noticing?
    Do you have more energy?
    Is your thinking about eating changing?
    Are you planning your meals and snacks?
    Do you get excited when your daily calorie and fat totals are within the limits?
