I am a mom to two beautiful children, a girl & a boy. They are what keeps me going. I also have an amazing husband of 8 years! Weight loss is truly a journey & I'm glad to have the help of all my spark friends along the way!

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to get to 150lbs and stay within the range of 145-160 pounds since I know fluctuations are bound to happen.

My goal for 2021 is to hit 220 pounds by the end of the year!

Reward Ideas:

date nights
actually take a personal day for myself from work
workout outfit
Leslie Mills subscription (or some type of strength training program to complement Jazzercise & utilize my weights)
new swim suit
redecorate bedroom
shopping spree
weekend trip
canoe trip

My Program:
Be active for 10 minutes a day.
Track my food everyday & aim between 2100-2400 calories daily
Plan ahead! Make sure I know what my meals will be for the week as well as my workouts!

    Cherish that family! You are very lucky to have them. And they are good incentive- though they will love you either way- to adopt good eating and movement habits-not constantly going on and off diets- for a long healthspan! It's not easy, but we're grownups, and we can do hard things!
