Introduction Text I am a mom to two beautiful children, a girl & a boy. They are what keeps me going. I also have an amazing husband of 8 years! Weight loss is truly a journey & I'm glad to have the help of all my spark friends along the way!

My ultimate goal is to get to 150lbs and stay within the range of 145-160 pounds since I know fluctuations are bound to happen. My goal for 2021 is to hit 220 pounds by the end of the year! Reward Ideas: date nights actually take a personal day for myself from work workout outfit Leslie Mills subscription (or some type of strength training program to complement Jazzercise & utilize my weights) new swim suit redecorate bedroom shopping spree weekend trip party canoe trip vacation massage

Be active for 10 minutes a day. Track my food everyday & aim between 2100-2400 calories daily Plan ahead! Make sure I know what my meals will be for the week as well as my workouts!
