I am a mom to two beautiful children, a girl & a boy. They are what keeps me going. I also have an amazing husband of 8 years! Weight loss is truly a journey & I'm glad to have the help of all my spark friends along the way!

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to get to 150lbs and stay within the range of 145-160 pounds since I know fluctuations are bound to happen.

My goal for 2021 is to hit 220 pounds by the end of the year!

Reward Ideas:

date nights
actually take a personal day for myself from work
workout outfit
Leslie Mills subscription (or some type of strength training program to complement Jazzercise & utilize my weights)
new swim suit
redecorate bedroom
shopping spree
weekend trip
party
canoe trip
vacation
massage


My Program:
Be active for 10 minutes a day.
Track my food everyday & aim between 2100-2400 calories daily
Plan ahead! Make sure I know what my meals will be for the week as well as my workouts!

    Thanks for the SparkGoodie and comments. I definitely would be interested in the Excel spreadsheet if you get it figured out. I could probably figure it out but it wouldn't be easy as I'm not that good with Excel.

    And, while I hope you enjoy the Bronze Warriors, I'm kind of sorry that you won't be joining us in the fall. Maybe, we'll meet again on another team sometime.

    I've been off camping this week and just saw your message on my page. It will be great to be on a team with you again (and I think you will know a few others too). You'll find that the Bronze team isn't totally hard-core about challenges - just want you to pay attention and participate, and we are plenty chatty, but you don't have to respond to everyone every day.
