I'm Lindy. I am 30 years old, live in Ontario, Canada, and I have 3 kids, London, Ocean and Myla. Myla was born September 30th, 2013. I spent the first few months after she was born, just relaxing, and snacking on candy corn. Now that January is here, I am actually starting to work at losing the weight. I breastfed for 6 weeks, and was feeling pretty good about my weight during that time, but after I stopped breastfeeding, I started gaining some back, due to holiday eating and winter inactivity. Volleyball took a holiday break of 3 weeks, so I wasn't even getting my regular basic workout from that.

Now I am back to doing my regular 2 hours (sometimes more if another team needs a fill in) of volleyball each week, Tuesdays and Thursdays. I have a goal of getting to the Y to workout at least twice a week aside from that. I am also trying to do some spark people videos and Just Dance on the Wii during the days when I am at home with the baby and can't really get out to exercise.

The eating is the hardest part for me. I have gone back to work part time, at KFC. I get free KFC food each shift, and it is so hard to resist. I am waiting to hear back from my full time job at General Motors. I can't wait to get back in there. A factory where I am on my feet all 8 hour shift, and being physical to make the cars. I also drink a ton of water each shift there. I love it!

November 2011- 170 lbs (my all time high, after a 10 lb weight gain throughout the previous year)

February 2012- 160 lbs

July 2012- 148 lbs

October 2012- 153 lbs

January 2013- 158 lbs

March 2013- 10-14 weeks pregnant, still haven't gained any weight, still 158 lbs.

January 2014- 176 lbs - Need to start trying to lose this baby weight!

Initial goal weight is 147, the weight I was 8 years ago before having kids. I will re-evaluate once I achieve that.
