To learn healthy eating habits and combine these with my excercise regime.

 I am a runner and I have recently started combining strength training excercises with Yoga to improve my core strength.

    Also we have lots of active threads so please jump into one of our challenges, talks or games! And check out the meet and greet if you want to join in just let me know ~ we would love to meet you ~ Our teams 1st meet & greet is Cambridge on May 2/09 - followed by the greet in Ottawa on July 11/09. There will be 3 more meet and greets over the summer in London (NEXT ONE ON AUGUST 8TH), Toronto and Peterborough (Postponed) ~ so hopefully you can join in at one of the cities near you!

    I’ve belonged to a lot of teams here on spark-- i really do believe that the Emotional Eaters team is one of the very best, it’s a great group of people- very supportive and encouraging-- and it is very refreshing to talk with people who "get" what you're going through!!

    Check out the main page of the EE team- there are “stickied” topics you may be interested in to get involved- a buddy thread, a place to introduce yourself, weigh-in challenge, a birthday post.

    Spark has a lot of great tools, and you will learn which ones work best for you. The best tools are the people tho, always willing to lend a hand, an ear, or a shoulder. I’ve been here for over a year now, and I still am overwhelmed, every day, by the kindness and goodness of others on this team!! That has made a world of difference for me.
