Introduction Text Uggggg still at it (July 11/14) ...feeling more motivated...breaking a sweat...working out a lot...however still struggling with my eating. I will continue to strive until I reach my goals! Update (12/12/12) - I'm restarting this journey...as the past year I've slid down the hill and gained back 25 pounds that I had previously lost...here I go again! Aiming for success! PERSERVERENCE...SPARK 'til there's FIRE! Keep SPARKING 'til there's too much SPARK and you need a FIRE EXTINGUISHER! I want this page to document my successes while portraying my struggles...hoping to inspire others to make healthier choices in their own lives as well! If I can lose weight, you can to! I've struggled with my weight for almost my entire life...my poor scale has gotten its own workout recording my ups & downs over the years...LOL! Ten months into this journey (June 2011)...I've lost 52 pounds! So happy to have made it this far! I will keep sparking until I reach my final goal weight. Not giving up...I'm 100 % committed to make the changes I need to live a better life!

I promise to myself to be conscious of everything that I eat...keep a food log. I promise to my body to workout regularly to build strength and relieve stress...keep an exercise log. I promise to myself to continue to perservere as I strive towards my goal of health and well being.

Highest weight - 266 lbs Start of SP - Aug 2010 - 233 lbs Nov 2011 - 163 lbs June 15/2013 - 191 lbs Aug 15/2013 - 198.5 lbs Jan 1/2014 - 190 lbs August 2014 - 180 lbs PREGNANT - DUE MAY 15/2015 Last weight before arrival of baby (Date) - 210 lbs Goal weight - 150 lbs
