    You can do this Lisa! Eat healthy and stay active! I do South Beach Diet and Mediterranean diet with some carbs. But basically clean eating and I try to walk 10,500 steps a day if I am not doing yard work which is what I am doing now. But since April 15, 2014 I've lost 25 pounds.

    I think of it as healthy eating and being active. I worked my way up to aiming for 10,500 steps daily. I am a widow, and basically if I am not outside working in the yard, if it's too hot I will go to the "Y" and walk on the treadmill, or on their track while either reading a book or listening to Joyce Meyer tapes. Yes, I still have a Sony Walkman! LOL!

    But you can do this! I will be praying for you!
