I have two beautiful children that need a healthy mom. How can I be an appropriate role model for them if I keep doing what I have been doing? Keeping it fun and tasty is the game!

My Goals:
My first goal is to be healthy for my children. I am their role model so it's important to me to set good examples. Next, my goal weight is a healthy 155lb for my height. I want to be able to buy clothes from any store I go into! Momma would love a new wardrobe. I would also love to run in a 5k. I want to lower my cholesterol and lower my chances of diabetes and heart disease.

My Program:
I'm going to be eating more fresh foods. Meaning LOTS of fresh veggies and fruits. Lots of protein from lean meats, like chicken and fish. I also am cutting out sugars (because that is my weakest link). I'm going to put every meal on a small plate so it looks fuller because portions are also an issue of mine. Every day will have some sort of fitness.

Personal Information:
I'm from the suburbs of Cleveland, OH. I have a wonderful family and good friends who stick by my side throughout everything. I graduated with honors from my local community college with a degree in health information. I'm just trying to focus on becoming the best I can be!

Other Information:
My favorite author is Stephen King. I absolutely love horror movies. I also love going to the zoo and the pool. Fall is my favorite season. Binge watching Sondra Rhimes shows is my guilty pleasure. Louise from Bob's Burgers is perfect.
