Married WAHM of 2 dropped 22 lbs w weightwatchers, now doing the next 20 thru sparks!!!

Update 11/5/09.. Here I am the Same weight since New Years of 2009, flutuating between 182 and 186. I have rededicated myslef to tracking and weighing my food and staying within the 1200-1550 every day....

My Goals:
I would like to lose between 5 & 8 lbs a month for the next six months. I really need to lose my belly and get into my 7/8 11/12 jeans again before my daughter does..

My Program:
 Eating 50% fruits and vegetables... as many raw as posssible, then lightly steamed./sauted/baked. Organic meat and very little dairy (raw organic cheese and so delicious coconut milk r staples)
Must detox from all the halloween candy... I oded on sugar!
