2019 PROGRESS*********************************
I’ve changed my diet from standard American diet to Whole foods plant based diet. I am following the Starch Solution by John McDougall. Nutrition is my focal point and exercise will be something moderate like walking. My plan is to get 20lbs off before I start anything too strenuous as far as my exercising goes. My ultimate goal is to be a strong, flexible 135 lbs. I want to be energized everyday that I wake up. I don’t want to be stiff and tired any more. I want my mental and physical confidence back. I am a mom of a 15 year old and a 5 year old. I am trying to get back into shape to have a better lifestyle, to feel good about myself and to set good examples for my girls. I want to be strong and live a healthy long life.
