Going from drinking all kinds of stuff with sugar to almost all water. Walking at least an hour a day. 1. To Walk an average of seven miles a week. 2. To drink 8 cups of H2O each day. 3. To not take in as much sugar as in the past (no soft drinks or tea with sugar). 4. Start using the Wii system at least 3 times a week.
