Hello to anyone that visits my page :)

Just something first, my ticker thing keeps playing up, and for me is saying kilograms when it is supposed to be pounds, but I want to lose between 85 and 95 pounds to get to my goal weight.

I am 18 years old and am currently at 232 pounds, 16.6 stone, the heaviest I have ever been, but that's why I am lose weight :)

I study health and social care and want to study learning disability nursing at university so that's one reason I want to lose weight, nurses are supposed to be healthy. Second reason is that I want a fresh start at university. I don't ever want to forget this weight I am at now, it has made me the person I am.

I also want to lose weight, for obvious reasons like fitting into smaller clothes and looking nice.

I'm not to harsh on myself, as long as I have eaten healthily I don't mind going over my calorie limit. (not by too much of course).

I love cheese..cheese strings, toasties, wotsit, cheese and onion crisps. I also love mash potato and sour cream. I have weird unhealthy habits I guess :)

I love art, sculptures in particular but also enjoy drawing, I like animals and reading.

This is getting too long so I guess I should stop now! :D

Fitness Minutes: 55

My Goals:
I am at 232 pounds or 16.6 stone. I aim to lose between 85-95 pounds but idealy drop to 10.5 stone. This is my long term goal, it may take 2 or 3 years but I will get there with I'm sure effort and a lot of failure but I will get there.

On a shorter note, by this time next year I would like to fit into size 12/14 clothes. Dropping 2/3 dress sizes would be ideal.

My short term goals are to stop smoking. Learn how to cook healthier foods and to take up more exercise

My Program:
I have only just started my weight loss. So at the moment I am focusing on choosing healthier food. cooking home made meals and to get into a good exercise routine.

I struggle with motivation a lot! So I tend to give into food temptation. However I am trying to resit just "having a little bit more" because that's when I fail.

I have seen on a few peoples pages they have done rewards for when they reach certain goals and I think it's a really good idea...I'm sure this will update when I think of new things I want but so far...

200 pounds - go shopping for new clothes.
180 pounds - treat myself to a mini holiday with my boyfriend or buy something expensive :D
160 pounds - ???
140 pounds - ???

I live in Guildford in England. I am 18 and studying towards becoming a learning disability nurse.

I have a pet dog called roxy and two goldfish :)
