My Goals:
First goal is to set attainable goals... like lose 24 lbs. by January, log in here every day, drink the water and start moving again!

My Program:
 I'm staying close to SPand checking in frequently; learning the site; following the suggestions that I'm given; working to keep the focus on myself, my actions, my thoughts.


Personal Information:
I'm "Dramma" to my 4 granchildren (and 2 more on the way) . We all live in Manchester, CT. I work for town government but my real calling is as a licensed massage therapist, which I will pick up again full time when I retire four years from now.

    Hi - just checking in to make sure you're still doing ok~~~We've started a new thread about our surgeries and have 2 or 3 new people who are thinking about surgery -- if you'd stop by and visit I'd appreciate it and tell us your story under the thread - explain your treatment after surgery -- knee or hip...thanks!!

    Hope you don't mind me adding you as a friend. I hear a lot of determination in your blog and perhaps you will inspire me to get busy and work harder on my recovery, also. I have to admit I have been a slacker with way too many excuses.

    One of my goals which has bothered me is losing weight so my knee replacements will last a maximum amount of time. I don't want to outlive the replacements as going through those 2 knee replacements was not a very enjoyable experience (to understate it immensely).

    Keep up your dligient rehab and you are sure to recover in record time.
