Rollercoaster Around the World
Hi
I joined this site quite some time ago, but never looked at the boards or joined any teams. BIG mistake!

We (hubby and I) left Canada Nov 2005 so I kinda fell off the wagon of diet/exercise.
I didn't want to stay in the UK so we moved to Malta, a tiny island between Italy and Tunisia (North Africa).
My diet has been yoyoing but I'm still heading towards my goal.
In October 2006 I did something I've wanted to do for years, and that was get "the girls" reduced (blimey what an intro!)
I went from a 42FF to a 36/38B-C the 36/38 came from diet and exercise.
It was the best thing I have ever done, and exercising is soooo much easier!
It gave me the motivation to get the rest of my body in shape.
I work from home, sit at the computer all day, so the weight just piled on.
One GREAT bit of health news is that both hubby and I gave up smoking in August 2009 and we haven't had any since!
UPDATE October 2011
I am now a Qualified Personal Trainer amongst other things!
Level 2 Gym Fitness Instructor
Level 2 Studio Resistance (Body Pump)

Level 2 Circuit Training
Level 3 Personal Trainer (includes Nutrition and Weight Management)

I believe we create our own lives.
And we create it by our thinking, feeling patterns in our belief system.
I think we're all born with this huge canvas in front of us and the paintbrushes and the paint, and we choose what to put on this canvas.
