    Coach Nicole has a couple of nice strength videos. I used them when I was starting out with getting serious with my ST. JessicaSmithTV on YouTube has a couple of nice beginner videos. FitnessBlender is a bit more advanced, but the channels straight strength videos may be doable if you use weight that you are comfortable. They have some nice low impact videos now, too.

    In addition to your weights, you may consider resistance bands. You can find nice basic sets at Wal-Mart or Target. They can grow with you as you get stronger because you can increase the resistance by shortening the length. Really, just do what you can. I could barely do a small set of knee push ups when I started, but I did what I could and stuck with it.

    Bodybuilding.com is a good resource for finding exercises that work muscle groups - like quads, hamstrings, shoulders, glutes, triceps, biceps, chest, etc. Find one or two that you like for each group and you can make your own routine. The site is a little intimidating at first, but has some great info.
