Keep On Keepin On


All I can do is keep trying. I keep restarting my fitness and eating goals, the tough part is maintaining as I am sure most people know. My goals are simple, just have my body measurements decrease and be healthy!

My Goals:
Stay Healthy, Keep on my Vegan no processed food program until 11/4, then 90% plant based and 10% whatever for the rest of my life!

Lose Weight

My Program:
 I do the different videos for my strength training and do my cardio during commercials while I watch tv. It really adds up! I also park farther and walk into work.

I am from the SF Bay Area.

 I am divorced 4 kids and a grandson!
