Married 38 years, I have a son and a daughter that have 2 kids each. I love being a Granny and a mom to a 3 year old Long Haired Dachsund. We recently moved to the south from the mid-west. Love the winters here but the summers are hot. Love our new home and love our new states!!! We enjoy visits from our grandchildren, camping on the weekends and spending time with family and freinds. My hobbies are Knitting, reading, writing, cooking, playing cornhole and Spark People!

12/26/20 Getting ready for the new year.

My house is decluttered and organized including my office space and my knitting space.

This year, in a addition to general goals, I am going to start out each month with one Short Term goal and incorporate it into the rest of the year.

Pre-New Year:

I am going to start a blog on my initial goals and then focus on my Monthly Challenges. I plan to continue entries on my plant based/meal prep blogs that I have already started.

My first STG is the winter 2021 challenge. My goal is to successfully complete the challenge.
Update: Feb 1st. I am participating but only about a pound down.

I will post the goals on my blog as they occur

My long term goal this year is to reach my goal weight by December 31 2021.

My Goals:
By December 2021: Healthy target weight, Healthy BP, Healthy Cholesterol. Become more proactive with business and personal projects and not procrastinate. Write 5 pages a week in my novel. Letter to the grands once a month.

My Program:
Whole Foods/Plant Based Diet, Weight loss, reduce cholesterol, healthy BP.

Updated Dec 26, 2020- Married 38 years, 2 kids, 4 grandkids, One longhaired dachshund, 4'11" and 145 pounds. I can't get taller so the goal is to get thinner!!

Favorite saying: Be yourself because everyone else is taken.

I like to Knit, Read, Write, Camp, Travel and hang out with family and friends.

    You nailed it! Yes, it was Pensacola beach. I had driven to St. Petersburg, FL to run with SLENDERELLA61 in her first half marathon. And I was on my way home to Nebraska, driving little Dexter, the Honda Fit who at the time was "brand new".
