    Hi! I am in the military--I've been in the USAF forever. I'm from Michigan, but I haven't lived there in a long time. I didn't even know there was a post for Marines. Where were you stationed?

    Hi there. On your 30 something introduction you talked about being frustrated at your lack of loss with your great work out schedule. Just wanted to encourage you to keep at it, the scale will move! Right now your body is building muscle which weighs more than fat and if you started abruptly your body is freaking out thinking you have just been dropped off on survivor and it has to hang on to everything it has got! LOL.Put the scale away for a week or two and keep at it and you will be surprised. Also make sure you are getting ENOUGH calories so you body knows it is not in survival mode.
