I need to get to my goal weight


I am 49 yrs. old. Will turn 50 this year. I want to be at my goal weight and healthy when I hit 50. I feel healthy, but don't exercise on a regular basis and I am going to change that.

My Goals:
I want to get as healthy as I can. I will turn 50 in Aug. I want to look and feel as best I can.

My Program:
 I am doing Barry's Boot camp. I am committed. I made a short term goal of 6 wks. because that is when we leave for vacation.


Personal Information:
I live in Northern Indiana and it is cold here!
