My Goals:
"Just Do It" attitude toward exercise and eating healthy foods. Drinking plenty of water and no more binging.


My Program:
Gain Optimal Health. Understand my relationship to food. Cardio and Strength and Toning.



Personal Information:
I live in CA. My wonderful husband and I have 3 adult chiildren and 7 grandchildren. We are a very close family.. Traveling has always been one of my passions. I have visited 50 countries and all 7 continents.. I am also into reading and SparkPeople. I spent my childhood on a farm and was driving the tractor when I was10.


Other Information:
My favorite quote is "Life is for loving and laughing and giving and living in praise of the Lord." I read so much it is hard to pick just one favorite book. My favorite trips are ones to Antarctica on a Russian freighter and southen Africa during which we were in five different countries. I love my cats. Always have to have at least 2.

    You're so right I do need to keep up with my nagging practice. (Just kiddin', I get A TON of practice with my children! HA!) Anyway, here goes!

    COME ON GAYLINN! SNAP OUT OF IT! YOU WANT TO FIT INTO THOSE GREAT CLOTHES FOR YOUR TRIP AND IT'S COMING UP YOU KNOW!!!!!!!!

    How's that?

    My suggestion, keep your diet super simple. Eat two different breakfasts for the week, same with lunches. Keep dinner really simple, maybe a nice piece of fish and veggie. Don't put alot of thought of effort into it.

    Also, keep those hands busy. Buy a nice puzzle book and when you want to eat. Grab a water and some carrot sticks and go do a puzzle.

    You will snap out of it. You're just in a slump. I was just in one. Come on we can do this!!!!!!!!!!!!
