Progress, Not Perfection.
After years of struggling with my weight, I made a decision. I wanted to live a long healthy life. I was inspired to change my own lifestyle because I never wanted to have to seek medical attention for something I could prevent from even happening in the first place. I don’t want to ever become just another obesity, heart disease, or diabetes statistic. Thanks to Sparkpeople I know I will never have to become one ever again. I don’t want to ever become just another obesity, heart disease, or diabetes statistic. Thanks to Sparkpeople I know I will never have to become one ever again. I’ve worked hard to lose my excess weight and now I have just a little bit more to go to achieve my ultimate goal. I’ve been a proud member or SP for over two years now. I went on a couple breaks along the way but now I’m ready to achieve new goals & inspire others to do the same.

Mini Fitness Goal: Run 1 mile nonstop
Ultimate Fitness Goal: Run a Marathon

-Run a Marathon!

My Program:
Eating right. Cardio 3-4 days a week. Strength Training 2-3 days a week. No soda!!!!!
