Living a Healthy Lifestyle
I lost close to 50 pounds with spark and weight watchers 4 years ago. I'm trying to get back on track. I put back about 20 and am struggling with the last 10 pounds even after adjusting my goal weight to a higher number. I'm 4'10, in my 40's, have 14 children, live in Haiti on the mission field, and have a really crazy travel schedule. My Goals:
-Actually be the weight that is listed on my driver's license from 20 years ago.
-Participate in a triathalon.
-Become more toned vs. focusing on my actual weight.
My Program:
-Tracking everything
-Focusing on lifestyle change
-Thinking about what I'm eating and really deciding if it is something I want
-Having a treat at least everyday
Personal Information:
I live and serve on the mission field in Port au Prince, Haiti. I just turned 42 this summer and am 4'10" tall. I'm the proud mother of 14 children, 4 of whom are now in college. It's been difficult to get the post-baby weight off after our youngest daughter was born three months early due to health issues that continued after the pregnancy. Stress eating was an issue while she was in the hospital and during the first year of her life. She's now doing great and I'm beginning to get on the right track and eating healthy.
