Tired of reading all the latest diets and workout plans and not getting serious. I LOVE food. I don't eat bad all the time but I do eat junk food. My boyfriend loves cake and pies, etc and always has this in the house so I am tempted EVERYDAY. I love convenience. I'm a college student with a 2 year old so if it's fast, I'm eating it. I always feel like I have to start over when I have one bad day. I need to break that. I recently joined the YMCA so I believe if I can stick to it and burn 1,000 cals per cardio session, I'm on track (I just changed this to 3 days a week and about 1,020 cals per session so I can minimize the time my daughter has to stay at the gym daycare during cold season). I want 30 pounds gone by June 2011. There's no reason why I can't do this. I just need to stick to ONE plan, get physical and stay motivated. HELP ME! Lol. I'm officially starting over 12/27/2010. (Now officially Jan 3)------Once again, I fell off, wasn't' tracking like I should, I didn't gain weight, but I didn't lose weight either. Tired of this game. Here I go again...

My Goals:
~I want to lose about 45 lbs total.
~ Get in shape and be healthy.
~ Get a flat tummy

Other Goals:

BEAUTY:
1. floss daily
2. vitamins daily
3. facial wash/tone/moisture 2x daily
4. body lotion daily
5. face mask weekly
6. pedi/mani bi-weekly
7. sleep 7-8 hours daily
8. hair treatment bi- weekly
9. sauna/hot tub 2x weekly

Also some I borrowed:
~64oz of water daily
~ Keep a food and exercise journal daily
~ Lots of fruits and veggies. No fried or junk foods. Lots of healthy options and plenty lean, grilled or baked meats.


My Program:
Right now, I plan to stick to my spark points allowance/nutritionist 1200-1550 cals per day. I'm going to burn 800-1,000 cals per week at the gym, at 3-4 days a wk. I'll adjust as I see fit. I decided to start weight training 2 days a week , I may do a fast one day a wk. I better hit my goal after all this!

- 60 min of cardio (3-4 days/week)
- 30 min strength training (2-3 days/week)
- 20 min abs (6 days/week)

    Come on girlie it is time to wake Candyland back up! I just posted a challenge for July and I hope you can participate. All you have to do is track your workouts daily. We need to get back to encouraging and motivating each other. That was our key to success and I know we can get that back if we are all committed.

    Thanks! I'm actually 162, I've been out of the loop with Sparkpeople for a while because I been so busy . But I'm still putting in the work! Since the weather broke, I've been doing a lot of outdoor running and walking. I'm also still doing Zumba, step class and at home dvds. My next goal is to complete a FULL round of Insanity! I'm hoping to start in July! It's definitely been hard keeping up with a routine but I know my goals and I'm fighting for it! Good luck to you! You can do it!!
