Introduction Text Hi! I am Heather. I am 30, and a mother of two. Bailey is 9 and Madison is 3. I am recently married to the love of my life and for the most part I am a happy person. During the last year I have added 20 lbs to a much needed to lose 20. So I am aiming to lose 40 lbs. if at all possible shooting for 50. This is a change that has to take place in my life. I cannot take one more second of getting up and dreading putting on my clothes. I want to shop for cute clothes and not wear the same old thing all the time. I am going to look in the mirror and see a beautiful person again, not the monster I feel I have become. I am proud to be here and looking forwad to taking this long, and difficult journey with wonderful people and a positive attitude.

1.To see me for who I am, so that others can too. 2. Stay motivated and lose this weight and keep it off. 3. Learn to make healthier choices so that I can pass it on to my children.

To monitor bad food intake. Excercise more. Take each step one day at a time.

Born and raised in NW Florida, still there now. 2 kids, married,30 yrs. old, favorite color is blue.My hero is my grandaddy for every reason, and My weakness is chocolate and coffee!
