Introduction Text Hi I am Lucy. I am looking to get healthier in the next several years for many reasons but mostly just for long term health. I am married to a wonderful man and we are vegan/vegetarian and practice Buddhism. We also have a very cute puggle.

Personal Goals: 1.)Stay consistent with the program, don't let changes in my life translate to changes in my diet, health and well being. 2.)Try to stay on the low end of my caloric needs instead of always pushing the high end. 3.)Practice yoga 4 times or more each week consistently. 4.)Train to bike across the country to Jason and Loki. Challenging Goal: 1.)STOP eating sugar and simple carbohydrates.
