Thank you for visiting my blog. In answer to your questions about my New Years Resolution- I have written 13 pages so far. As far as the vegan cheese recipe- I can't remember which one I used but there are several on the internet. I tend towards the forks over knives recipes. Look around and find what's best for you with the ingredients you have on hand. It is not the one with the carrots and potatoes. I think it was just cashews, soy milk and nutritional yeast flakes. (I'm terrible with following recipes, sorry). Also- I enjoyed your page. I have the same issues as you- Cholesterol and triglycerides. My BP was running 138/110 to 115 for the last few years. I have been 95% WFPB since Jan 4 and my BP has been within normal limits for the last few days. Today: 110/72. I will keep doing this as long as I feel healthy. I don't get my lipid panel done for a couple months but I would think the Cholesterol and Triglycerides would have to be lower. I consume very little animal products and very little junk food. Good luck with your goals and thanks for stopping by.Laura 12 days ago

Thanks for visiting my blog. I had to look up celebration squash. It is very pretty but I would not have known you can eat it. It sounds delicious. 68 days ago
